I am a healthcare management major and I double major in marketing.
How long have you been swimming?
Since I was six years old.
What made you start swimming?
My parents. My mom is really big into the whole swimming thing.
How often do you workout to stay in shape when you’re not in season?
I workout at least once a day, six days a week. And it’s not in the pool, its mostly lifting offseason for me.

It’s mostly heavy lifting and then speed and agility stuff and I run a lot.
Do you have any pregame rituals?
I listen to “Jukebox Hero” I don’t like to get really intense before meets. I like to goof around before meets. I am never serious, I have to be joking around because if I’m too intense I do horrible because i’m thinking about it too much.
Name some accomplishment’s you’ve had throughout your career?
We didn’t have a swim team when I was in high school, so from my freshman year in high school up to my senior year I never dropped time and then when I got here Jason Morini helped me drop time by three seconds and it helped me get the pool record.
Who is/was a big inspiration to you?
It’s kind of like my brother Adam Grzech. Him and most of my other teammate help me.

It’s gonna get tough, but remember you love the sport and go for it.
What are you looking to do after you graduate?
I’m hoping to promote wellness programs into the work place because of my dad and his heart attack because of his stress on work, so that’s my place, promote wellness programs into the work places
